We will measure your home and the relevant parts of your surrounding land to produce CAD drawings of your site.
We will then consider and produce multiple design options for you, based on clear floor plans and elevations so the interior and exterior design are in perfect harmony. This process will then allow you to make comments and amendments to the design, and put across ideas before the finalising stages of the design.
We will submit and manage the planning process for you – The majority of the time this process is very straight forward, and our clients get approved with very little resistance as we have years of experience working alongside local planning departments and their appeals procedures.
We create large detailed scale drawings that are favourable to our builders and will form the basis of builder’s quotes and a ‘blueprint’ for construction. We will also produce and obtain the Building Regulations approval prior to starting any works.
